Welcome to Rivendale Vizslas. We are a Vizsla breeder dedicated to preserving the natural attributes that evolved in the development of this versatile dog; breeding for standard, field ability and temperament.
Vizslas are extremely social dogs with a high level of energy and sensitive temperaments. They thrive when given plenty of exercise and when trained with a soft, rewarding hand. The Vizsla desires affection and needs to be a member of the family unit; sharing your couch, and sometimes, even your bed. These medium sized dogs are virtually odor-free and while they require minimal grooming, they do shed short hairs. Those who can laugh at their antics, produced by a puppy-like personality, are rewarded threefold as the Vizsla is loyal, affectionate and forever your shadow.
